Opinion
For this being your fifth episode, this is pretty good. Your sound has a fair amount of echo (very quick) and I had a hard time (at times) telling when you were transitioning. I would make your tease at the beginning quicker (maybe three or four questions tops). Your music seems to be peaking in your audio level. Then you did the dreaded double intro of your guest. You did a good job of introducing him and explaining why he was on the show, but then when you went to the interview you did another intro (you also said welcome to the Fight Focus podcast, that's not needed - nobody is joining in the middle of a podcast). I had to sit through quite a bit of commercials to get to the interview. For me, I'll sit through one commercial at the beginning, but two (for me) seems excessive. You could also have better titles for your show, and if you go to settings > edit show setting in Libsyn you can add subscribe links that will appear on your podcast page. If you have an official page you can enter the website address under show settings as well so people who click on Website in Apple will go to that site.
