Opinion:
The intro is good, but when you come on your audio is pretty bad. Get closer to the microphone to cut down on the reverb. Dr. Jergensen had a good story but you are talking about grapes, wine, and location. Either tease the audience or just get to the good stuff. Nobody cares about wine, this is not a wine show, it's about Dentistry, talk about Dentistry. It's ok to chit-chat with your guest before the interview, just cut it out of the show. Nobody cares about how many acres his farm is.
