Opinion
The show starts off with a call for money. Not a great first impression. Why am I giving you money? Because you're the only food radio station? Have you heard of podcasting? Nobody (maybe 3% of your audience) listens live anymore.
Your tip of the week was read poorly. I expected you to be excited and just tell me the tip I want a conversation. I don't want to be read to unless you can make it sound like you're not reading.
Your audio was listenable but could be cleaned up with some post processing to take out some of the hum of the phone (and it wouldn't take long).
Your website was very messy to me, and it looked like I had a problem with my chrome browser with icons scattered all over the place.
I understand that you want to get the guest warmed up, but you can cut a lot of the chit chat out of the finished interview. I don't care where she lived (is it relevant to her story) and I don't care where you live (I don't think that is relevant to her story).
You have a very unique voice, and it was pleasant. It was a bit stiff at times (but again your were reading).
