My Opinion

The audio sounded good, and the intro let you know exactly what you were getting into. Then you introduced your guest without telling us why he was on the show. You explained after you introduced him. Usually, you explain why someone is on the show, and the introduction ends with their name.

Unfortunately, your guest decided to be interviewed in what appears to be the bathroom or a large cave. If this happens, and you are using skype, try having them install skype as an app on their phone. You will get less echo, and they can connect via wi-fi.

I noticed midway through the part we listened to where you audio got louder and louder to the point where I almost reached for the volume knob (which is bad, you want people to press start and just listen, not ride the volume knob).

In the end, the guest somewhat started the interview in a direction. Was it the direciton you wanted? We're not sure. You started y asking asked a very open ended, "Tell us about your background" guestion. Give him a smaller target. Help him get to the content your audience wants to hear, "How did you get into productivity coaching?"

BONUS

I thought your show notes looked amazing and would be a great resource for the podcast.
