Your description is going to get you booted out of Apple. I would almost guarantee this. Your description is just keywords being stuffed into the description. I thought intro had the voice a little low, or just bump up the treble to make her voice pop over the intro music. I'm not sure what "live your truth means." She also starts off with an apology and mentions that she has missed some time. Realize as a new listener (and more people in the future) have no idea you were gone. You also referred to "You guys." I prefer you keep references to your audience in a singular terms (You instead of you guys - nobody is listening to the podcast in a group).

I did like that you started to share from your personal life and that is what helped save the show. It didn't take long to get to the main topic (I would've mentioned that right at the beginning that you're going to talk about dealing with being overwhelmed ).

Your website is a bit of a mess and you would really benefit from a full Podcast Review.
